We offer regular in house training to all of our team. This training is provided by the best external trainers and we cover the cost of this training. Each member of our Care Team is assigned a Care Manager who offers ongoing support and assistance.

Each new care team member is introduced and supervised on Day 1 and the care manager is always available to offer support and assistance. In addition to regular phone calls to the carer our care managers make regular supervisory visits.

We also operate a 24 hour oncall service so there is always a care manager available to offer you support. We provide regular supervision and annual appraisals.
