When we meet our clients and their families, we assess the level of needs that our client may require. This will determine the level of home care that may be needed. In order for us to determine this, a dedicated Nurse Manager performs an in-depth review and consultation with every client before beginning homecare. We do not just take the level of home help needed into consideration, but also the relationship between our home health care assistant and our new client.

The Client / Carer Home Help Relationship

This is the most important home health care relationship that will be established and is central to the success of any form of home care and the provision of home care services. We look at things like skill sets, knowledge, abilities and individual personalities to ensure that we find the best fit for you. If required we can also set up an introductory meeting between our client and their potential carer before care commences to put our client at ease. Once home health care begins, the carer is supervised by our Care Managers who set up routine quality visits along with phone calls to our client’s homes to ensure that they are happy with the carer’s provision of care and home help.
